Different Variates and Different Taste's of Indian Food.

India is a growing country in all sectors.Food and hospitality is one sector where India is looking forward to the future.
Indian cooking derives from 3500 years old time-line.Indian cuisine is completely dependent on spices for taste.

Since ancient times the spices used for cooking serves the three major rolls of medicinal,seasoning and preservative.2000 BC and earlier,most people believe that the origins of Indian history and therefore the cuisine are old as mankind itself.The earlier formal civilization is the Mohanjedarao and Harrapan civilization which at about 2000 BC. And that time they use meat at very high quantity in their foods.The vegetarian food that Indians ate was mainly Wheat flat breads or a kind of flat breads made out of chickpeas,with a spicy vegetarian sauce and yougart.A lot spicy papers grew in India.All state's of India have a different food and taste.We can find numerous fans of Indian food in all over the world.World has got the large varieties of dishes,snacks and sweets from Indian food. Indian restaurants are spreading at incridible rate,with the excellent success and it is a proof that how popular is Indian food in all over the world.

Indian cuisines has four different regional styles,North Indian cuisine,South Indian cuisine,East Indian cuisine and Western Indian cuisine. Among 1 billion peoples,India has got some world class cooks.On International scale India has set a unique place for its food and taste.Indian food is closely related to the countries Culture and Tradition. Indian Snacks having a quite low in fat, since they are based on a number of spices and herbs like Ginger,Garlic,cloves,Cinnamon etc.To prepare a gravy for dishes they use a special kind of Paste, its contain garlic, ginger, green chillies, aniseed's, Onion and cloves as depend on the availability.

Indian Peoples are using potato's, peas and some other vegetables like tomato etc from ancient times.Indian sweet is also very famous of worldwide. RoshoGulla is very famous sweet in India.To prepare this sweet they boil some pops of casein in sugar syrup to make it sweet and soft.You will find this sweet dessert at all Eastern Indian households while the selling of this sweet is global. RoshoGulla is a very demanding dessert in wedding ceremony feasts.Another Dessert which is very famous in India is Shrikhand.It is more popular in Maharashtra the state of India.To prepare Shrikhand they use Curd and Sugar to set a good balance between them. Some other desserts are also famous in India like Gajjar ka Halwa, Jalebi, Gulab Jamun,Kulfi,Kheer etc.

ANDHRA PRADESH:-

Andhra Pradesh has found its mention in Sanskrit epics like Mahabharata and Aitarey a Brahman. Due to the rule of Nawabs and nizams, there is also a strong Muslim influence on the cuisine in the form of rich,spicy local dishes, especially the area around the capital.

Andhra Pradesh state is famous for its hot and spicy foods.Andhra pradesh food is a mix-up of original Andhra pradesh food and Hyderabadi food having a Mughlai influence.Every meal that is snacks,lunch, dinner ate have their own specialty.The staple food of AP is rice,which is served with sambar.

ASSAM :-

Assam is famous for its unique landscape with sprawling tea gardens and unending stretches of paddy fields interspersed with groves of coconut, arecanuts and banana trees. Assami peoples use non spicy food and even bland at times.They use rice as a staple diet and some other supplementary food like lentils, fish curry,meat curry along with herbs and vegetables.

CHHATTISGARH :-

The people of chhattisgarh state have an inclination towards sweet deletable.There basic diets are maize,Wheat and Jawor.This state is surrounded by the dense forest and that's why they use various types of food that are commonly found in the forest area of the state.

Liquor,brewed from mahuwa is an important delicacy among the tribal people.In non veg they use Pork in major quantity.Almost every major ceremony commences with sacrifice of a Pig.

GUJARAT :-

Gujarat food is primarily vegetarian,the main reason for which is the Jain and Buddhist influences.They use lots of milk made dishes in their foods.This state is very famous for its food.The traditional Gujarati thali mostly filled with roti,Dal,Sabzi and rice.

The staple food of Gujarat consists of homemade pickles, chhaas, saalad etc.Main course includes vegetables which are usually steamed and dal.Gujarati food is very good for health.

HIMACHAL PRADESH :-

A long time relation with Punjab and Tibetans ensured the impact of the Tibetan and Punjabi cuisine on himachal.Non Veg food is quite popular too in Himachal Pradesh.The climate of HP is very cold and famous for its beautiful sites and atmosphere.Due to the cold weather they use Meat at high leval.They use Dal,chawal, Sabzi and Roti in their foods. In Himachali food,the use of spices like cardamom,cinnamon,cloves and red chillies is in vogue.

JHARKHAND :-


Tribes of this state were more hunting and wild animals,but nowadays most of them are into agriculture and hunting is limited in very small segment population.Dal, bhat and tarkari are the common food of this region.Also Jharkhand has two important portion of there foods, Litti and chokha. They use mustered Oil for the preparation of their foods.

KERLA :-

Food of Kerla is light,Fresh and easy to digest.The food is traditionally eaten by hand and served on a banana leaf.The main food of kerla is rice, coconut and vegetables, apart from fish.Hindus specialise in delicious vegetarian food such as Sambar,Rasom,Olan,Kaalan,Pachadi,Kichadi,aviyal,thoran and so on.

MAHARASTRA :-

Maharashtra food is diveded into two,Kokani and varadi.Though are quite different,both use a lot of seafood and coconut.All non veg and veg dishes are eaten with boiled rice or Bhakris, which is soft rotis made of rice flour.

Maharastian peoples like to eat spicy food. Wheat,Rice,Jowar,vegetables,lentiles and fruits form important components of maharastra state is Worldwide famous for its "Vada Pao".

MEGHALAYA :-

The people of meghalaya are very fond of jadoh, a nourishing Biryani clone.They use rice and Pork for the preparation of that dish.Ktungrymbai is a pungent mix of fermented beans and spices that adds a good flavor in simplest food.

Meghalayan peoples mostly use Fish and rice in there foods.They have a very liberal food habits.They use rear goats,ducks,fowls and consume their meats.The special kind of beer is prepared from fermented Rice.

NAGALAND :-

Nagaland is a tribal state.They use Rice, cooked vegetables and meat for their foods.Dogs,Pork,beaf,Crabs,Cats,Chicken are eaten with great enthusiasm.Its one of the very Traditional state of India.

Nagaland peoples are very fond of chilies and semas eat them with greatest delight.Meat and vegetables are usually cooked together and the food is generally boiled.They use Rice with meat and vegetables.

PUNJAB :-

Punjabi food is world famous food.Punjabi food is usually realized by the people of all communities.Wheat is the staple food of Punjab. Punjabi peoples are fun and food loving peoples.They use wheat or maize for the preparation of Roti or Tandoor Roti in their foods.

Punjabis are wheat eating peoples and they use Rice only on special occasions.Tandoori Chicken is favorite in non veg and Paneer is in veg menu.

SIKKIM :-

Sikkim Peoples are known as a food loving peoples.Maize is the staple food of Sikkim. In Sikkim,eating fermented vegetables is quite popular.They have exotic taste, unlimited varsities and multiple health benefits in their foods.

The banana Pancakes, Chicken fried rice and Momos are hot favorite foods. Tomba is a transitional Drink consisting largely fermented millet,with a few grains of rice for flavor,served in wooden mugs.

TRRIPURA :-

Trripura is by for the most remote north Eastern state in India.Trripura cuisine comprises of key ingredient call Berma.This is a dried and fermented fish.They also use Meat in high amount of quantity.

BIHAR :-

The food of this state is an interesting mix of north and east Indian food.The influence of Bengal is evident in the way of large quentities of Fish are consumed in the state.

Bihari peoples use staple food and that is Rice.They use Meat also but not in high quantity.Rice is consumed by all classes and stratas of the peoples.They use wheat and Rice for their dishes.

GOA :-

This state is worldwide famous for its beautiful beaches and sea food.They use cumin,coriander,chilies,garlic and turmeric in their foods.Particular combination of spice have led to a number of styles of cooking ,which have subtly differing flavors masala,Vindaloos and balchoo being some of the most famous.Goa is very famous for its sea foods.

The food of Goa, a blend of different influences like Portuguese, is a famous for its sea food.Rice is an important item of Goan diet and it eaten with delicious fish curry.They use lot of Coconut for cooking's.The popular alcoholic drink is Feni,which is made from juice of cashew apples.

HARYANA :-

Haryana is the state of agriculture.The peoples of Haryana have a great fondness for milk and milk products.This is essential part of their diet.The people of Haryana are traditionally favorites besides fresh vegetables, are bajra ki Khichri eaten with generous helping of Ghee or Karhi (chick pea flour beaten in special youghurt).They use Pooris (puffed,whole wheat breads) in their foods as well as mixed dals ( a combination of mixed,spiced pulses,simmered over a slow fire).

JAMMU AND KASHMIR :-

Jammu and Kashmir is world famous for its beauty and foods.Meat being the staple, most of the special dishes have mutton as a major ingredient and they use saffron also for cooking.The Methi Maz is a superb blend of mild-tasting entrails and strong flavored Fenugreek leaves.

The Kashmiris use spices like the asafoetida ,aniseed, saffron and other additional spices. They use Veg as well as Non veg foods.

MANIPUR :-

Manipuri peoples use Rice,Fish and vegetables in their foods.Chicken is another popular dish in Manipur.This state is located at the Indo-China Boarder and highly surrounded by the dense forest.

Eromba is a special Fish of this state.Sweets, Kabok made up molasses and Rice, is a famous name among the Manipurs.They also use a drink called Shekmai.

MIZORRAM :-

Mizorram is mainly famous for its non veg foods.The staple food of these people is primary Rice. ORISSA :-

They use breads, curries with the non veg dishes.

Bengal is a crown and Rosogulla is a Diamond of that crown.Its a sweet dish which has become a world famous sweet.People use Fish and Rice in their daily meals.Its a very Traditional state of India.The Bengali food contains sweet as well as different kind of meals.To prepare sweets they use milk and curd.Roshogulla,Sendesh,Malai somsom, Chana mukhi is the dishes which are very famous in India.
